Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Enpeo Sign ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Electronic Signatures

Enpeo Sign provides electronic signature services in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act, No. 25 of 2002) of South Africa. By using this Service to sign a document, you acknowledge that:

  • Your electronic signature is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature.
  • You have read and understood the document prior to signing.
  • You are authorised to sign the document on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.
  • Your consent is given freely and without duress.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Enpeo Sign will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Documents and signatures are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised parties. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Storage & Subscription Plans

Each subscription plan includes a defined storage allocation. Documents that exceed your plan's storage limit may not be uploaded until storage is freed or your plan is upgraded. Enpeo Sign reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Sign documents fraudulently or without proper authorisation.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' documents or accounts.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enpeo Sign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in conduct harmful to other users or to Enpeo Sign.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
